I ordered a fridge online and was told it would be delivered within 3 days, with a call from the delivery company beforehand. That never happened.When the delivery finally took place — 13 days later — the experience only got worse. The delivery driver began shouting at me over the phone because Google Maps showed the wrong street location. I was doing my best to help them find the house, and being yelled at while trying to assist is completely unacceptable. This kind of treatment is simply unbelievable.On top of that, the customer service is virtually non-existent. There is no reliable way to reach anyone by phone or email to check the status of your order or to request a refund. The lack of communication, delayed delivery, and unprofessional behavior throughout the process have been deeply disappointing.After this experience, I can confidently say that I will never order from Worten again.
