I ordered a fridge freezer online and was informed it would be delivered in 3 days and the delivery company would telephone me before delivery I was not contacted before the delivery was made so unfortunately I didn't get the item having travelled to the store in Los chaffiras I was informed it would be delivered on Tuesday morning before 3pm having waited in all day for my order it never arrived again I traveled to the store and was told I will receive a email from the company within 24 hours but was never contacted the customer service is absolutely ni (you are unable to telephone or email them to progress your order or request a refund) once again I traveled to the store and cancelled my order and requested a refund I was informed I would receive a email which I duly received and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours surprise surprise I never received any response from Worten again I traveled to the store and informed them to return the money to my bank account (finally 10 weeks later I have received a refund this is totally unacceptable the customer service is so poor I would never ever order from Worten again
