I ordered online a very small refrigerator. Delivered as a normal post package by an external delivery agency, it was damaged. Worten took ONE WEEK to deliver the fridge (the warehouse is only 40Km far from my home), They offer no telephone for assistance. I called one of their shop for help but I got none. Via WEB they took 6 days to answer! In the meantime I needed the fridge operative so I had to install it damaged. I would expect at least a partial refund but they failed even there.Not more buying online for me in this shop!No decent words can be used to describe how their service were.
