Worst company ever for customer service. Their tracking service doesn't work; gave me a delivery date for the previous year! They have no way of letting the customer call them and no email address to complain. There is an automated service, but the options are not what a customer would need and there is no option to choose another to complain. Basically, once they have your money, then they really don't care. Their couriers are just as bad. You are expected to sit in the house and wait for days in the hope that your delivery arrives. And absolutely no way to complain to them. Really awful company.
