What happened:
I did not receive the payment confirmation email I was told I would receive
I experienced repeated identical outputs that consumed tokens without usable results
My paid account was later deleted, and support confirmed the deletion is permanent
Support then said they cannot refund crypto payments at all
So the result is simple: payment was taken, I no longer have access to the paid service, and they refuse reimbursement. They only offered more subscription access, which I do not want.
