This has been the most frustrating online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise against purchasing from this brand. I placed an order for over $150 on September 26th, expecting a timely delivery. However, after multiple follow-ups, my items were shipped late. When the tracking showed 'delivered,' I found only a packing slip, with no package. I reached out for support but received no help; I was told they weren't responsible for lost packages. I filed claims with USPS, but they couldn’t locate the package. The merchant only insured the package for $100, which was less than my total order. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the customer service response was unhelpful. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I do not recommend shopping here.
