I’d never had my nails done before but decided to give Candy Claws a go as they sounded easy to put on and take off with no damage to nails. I glued my first ones on and it was fiddly to do but they did look wonderful. Very impressed. However when I wanted to remove them it was awful. I used the oil I purchased, waited, then soaked my fingers in hot soapy water. So much for 15 mins or so. It took me 1 1/2 hours to finally be able to slowly prise them off with continued soaking and drops of oil. In the end my own nails were so soft from the soaking, a couple of the candy claws were damaged trying to remove them. The glue is like bad super glue and made a mess of my nails and fingers. I’ll have to return them all as my own nails wouldn’t stand up to another trauma. Surprised I didn’t see anyone else having issues but surely Candy Claws would know about it.
