This is the fitst time i am having an issue with this company.I didn't have an issue with until they started using FedEx as an alternative to CP due to their strike.Haven't received anything as of now but when i go to FedEx site its says it has been delivered and picked up by a Mr Dosanjh but i haven't received anything.When i contacted them they told me the package was returned to the sender and didn't want to ship it due to its content.So i have emailed CB and i am still waiting for their side of the story.You really have to be stupid to use FedEx to ship these kinds of products knowing their protocols.I will change my review once i get my package.Update 2024-12-24:The problem has been resolved with them they have credited me the amount I have spent in points(including the points I have used for my purchase)and waived the shipping fee in addition to discount coupon code I can use in the future.Fedex was definitely the culprit in this mess.All and all the service was solid and my order ended up costing me nothing :)Already received my tracking number
