Ordered products on 15th August, parcel was sent 48hr tracked and arrived at a sorting office 19th August and hasn't moved since, tried contacting hello@ email address twice but their customer service only work 9-5 Mondays and as Monday was a bank holiday they're not repling. I don't know what's happening with my order. 12 days on and no reply and no parcel.
