Our first few holidays with Canopy and Stars were very good. The properties we stayed at were great and all was good. However, things rather fell apart on our last holiday when Canopy and Stars clearly forgot to tell the property owners about our booking. To be fair to them, they handled the situation well and all was generally fine.However, seeing how Canopy and Stars are treating people this year with respect to the COVID-19 situation and reading their 'policies' on their website makes me highly reluctant to do business with them again.
