Poor customer service.We had a few holidays planned this year and when the coronavirus situation arose we received emails from all travel companies except Canopy and Stars. The only correspondence we received was an email to request our outstanding balance which didn’t mention the current situation at all. We had to email them to ask about our options, which were limited it seems, and the reply we received was very curt and unprofessional. I wouldn’t use again based on the customer service we have received.
