So i know that this works. I was initially skeptical about ordering from Canta Esthetic because i'm based in Europe (Germany) and Shipping is always a big concern especially within the EU and UK even with cross border shipments; also if the device would arrive safely and work as promised and within the specification. However, I'm thrilled to say that all my doubts were completely unfounded! Not only did the machine arrive exactly as described, but it was also shipped in an incredibly sturdy metal case, adding an extra layer of professionalism and security to the delivery. The device works perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.Additionally, the customer support team was fantastic—every question or concern I had was answered promptly and professionally (questions about the manual, power connector, CE Certification... they just answered everthing in a prof. way) . For other European customers considering a purchase, you can absolutely trust this company - as described above its okay to have some mixed feelings about delivery sometimes but the machines works as expected and it is send in a very professional manner.
