The delivery service has been extremely disappointing, and a change is necessary. I ordered a pair of items nearly three weeks ago and have only received updates about delays. After speaking with a chatbot, I was promised an email in 48 hours regarding my parcel's status, but I have heard nothing since. While I have no issues with the company itself, the delivery service has a poor track record, and I'm sure I'm not the only one with this concern.
