I returned a jacket I purchased in October because it was too small, intending to reorder in another size — but after my experience with this company, I won’t be. My return has been stuck in customs in the Netherlands for over a week.I have emailed them, called them, and left messages on their social media platforms. They have ignored every one of my calls, emails, and posts asking for support. Both DHL and PayPal have also contacted Cantik Clothing, and the company has still not responded.This is an extremely unprofessional business that does not appear to prioritise its customers or their concerns.
