They are NOT transparent on their website that THE canvas IS being shipped from out of the country. I email at once cancelling order, and they stated already shipped. Not true was shipped 8 days laterThey have no phone number to reach them at and emailed me, cannot be reached anyway but email.If you look them up, they are based in Florida. No tel #They do not give free shipping label for return, and it costs more than the item to ship back. I asked them to discount and I will give away, and was ignored except discount on next order.WHO WOUKD EVER BUY FROM THEM WITH THIS ATTITUDE, Horrible company to do business with, My mistake was not reading reviews before ordering
