The quality of the print was terrible and we did not want to put it on our walls. There was also an oil stain on the print and the company claimed that the oil stain was part of the image and they were very rude to me. When I asked for a refund, I was told all sales were final, even with all the issues and offered me another shit replacement product. Canvas castle is scamming their customers, selling low quality artworks and then running off with the money.The customer service rep then became extremely rude and said I wasted his valuable time and that it was extremely disappointing for him as apparently the oil stain was meant to be on the picture.When I wrote this review on trust pilot, I was told to take it down and they would send me a new product if I did. When I told him I would never take it down, he said thanks for the money, it would be better spend on a therapist next time. Just wow!All the bad reviews are of similar experiences and you can tell that the positive reviews are fake. They need to be shut down!This is not the right thing to do your customers and I will never shop with them again. It is illegal not to offer your customer a refund in Australia if there is an issue with the product, so I will be reporting this.
