This company is terrible. I wrote to them about problems with their absolutely terrible instructions for the DIY frame and their response was unreal. Not surprised as many of the reviews on trustpilot say the same thing. Stay away from this company. THEIR REAPONSE:They say I can only return it if I take down this review. Also, wants me to ship it back to New Zealand! This company represents themselves as a USA based company. Again, STAY AWAY!MORE REPONSES FROM THEM:This morning I woke up to an email from them threatening to post my personal information on this review (which they did in their response below) AND threatened to contact my employer. Then called me ugly (lol). I have contacted TrustPilot, and spoke with local authorities of the address on their site (which i am assuming is a front). Also contacted the FBI and had a great conversation and shared all details, all emails with their threats. This person should be in jail!
