This company has terrible customer service. I spent $145.00 on product that is poor quality and wont work for me and they will not take any returns. I offered to pay shipping and they just replied with rude comments like "do you know what all sales are final means? Stay clear of this company and find your product elsewhere. UPDATE: They are not in Florida as the website says, they are in New Zealand. They have now offered to give me a refund if and when I remove the review and after they receive the item back which needs to be shipped to New Zealand at my expense. Lesson learned. ****BUYER BEWARE***
