Poor quality canvas especially for the money , very poor customer service ,l emailed them to return canvas and was told they don’t accept returns which l thought was our right to return poor quantity unwanted products - l will never use or recommend canvas castle again .BEWARE!!!!!!!!!Update from this review. I have received a threatening email from this company accusing me of blackmailing them for asking for my money back and giving this review. They have said they will give me $15 to remove this post- which I won’t be doing as it is important for others to see how bad their service is. They have breeched GDPR by revealing personal details and sent a threatening email. I have pictures to prove this. I will be raising this further and escalating this with Trustpilot and further services. For clarity, I wrote this original review after receiving my canvas.
