I was very surprised to open my purchase and see the self assembled frame, when each of the beautifully curated photos show VISIBLE external frames. When I simply selected the art I wanted, I made the mistake of thinking the framed option I was buying was identical to what I viewed, again my mistake. On further investigation post purchase, I couldn’t find any purchase option that allowed me to buy the art with visible frames as shown. On contacting the Support Team I was advised that I should have visited a number of further pages to understand that self framing was provided to save shipping costs. So the ‘stick’ kit that arrived with my rolled up artwork was it. Maybe I’m the only person that didn’t understand this but I thought I’d at least advise after paying $105 USD for each piece, as I certainly expected much more than what I received CheersWPK
