Purchased what I thought was a quality print and it was basically a poster and frame was a DIY build extra. Challenged the refund the policy via pay pal and succeeded in getting a partial refund after I agreed to pay postage to return the poster to an address they provided in New Zealand. I would not recommend this product in any way. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Very stressful dealing with the company who basically sent me an email saying “you’re not getting a refund”. Hence why I contacted PayPal who helped secure the refund.Canvas Castle say I have wrong company. I do not and will happily post evidence that they were the company I dealt with.
