If I could rate Canvas Castle lower than 1 star - I would! I ordered two prints. The website shows them to be stretched on canvas so that’s what I thought I was getting. Nope, 2 rolled up prints. I contacted them and they said they do it this way to keep the shipping costs down and if I wanted frames I could pay $135 for a do it yourself frame. Funny, I’ve ordered from other canvas art online stores and received my art on a stretched canvas and it wasn’t any more in price. I was told absolutely no refund. They are false advertising and I’m very disappointed. Don’t use them- they definitely don’t believe in customer service or satisfaction. Debra Childress SullivanADDENDUM: After writing this review I was contacted by the company via email. Sarcastic and flip emails to say the least. One of the last emails I received from Csnvas Castle stated that I would be receiving numerous phone calls from their dispute resolution team. They did not exaggerate. They call from an unknown number and don’t say anything for the most part and when they do say anything it’s brief and garbled and they hang up. I have received approximately 25-30 of these calls. Last night I received 3 calls in succession from them at 11:30 pm cst. They have left 2-3 voicemails which cannot be transcribed. I consider this a form of harassment. What kind of business works this way? Bullying, harassing and sarcastic. I wish I had never had any dealings with them. Please beware!!
