I don’t usually write reviews, but felt like this should be known. I’ve been ignored for months and receive a response every 30 days saying not their problem I should contact the courier for a failed delivery. Which courier? I don’t know as I haven’t been given any information. Canvas castle were quick to take my money but have been shocking at ensuring I receive the goods I paid for. I’ve requested a refund and been ignored.
