I ordered two framed prints. They took what seemed forever to arrive at the local post office. They arrived in a tube and one looked like someone kicked and stepped on it! Of course there were no frames! I refused to accept them and had them returned to sender. Of course I got a response from the seller stating that I didn’t order them framed but for an additional cost I could get the frames..haha! I demanded a complete refund and was told they don’t offer a refund! However I’ve read complaints regarding a refund that the company responded that they do offer refunds! So where’s mine! What a scam! Buyers beware!…what ever their response I am telling the truth!
