Company seems to flag any review they don't like so I'll keep it short as to not violate any rules to be taken down. Customer service not good, canvas poor quality and their excuse is that it meets "Pixel Threshold" required. That response right there should tell you all you need to know, just fair warning low quality product and since they don't take returns probably just toss the 2 I purchased......Update just got this!! I have seen other reviews that state same thing that they harass you, WOW!!! Hopefully Trustpilot sees this as a valid warning to consumers happy to forward email on if need directly from them but this is exactly what they just sent me Drew we don't want to sell you that frame, we don't profit at all from it. The shipping cost to send it it $138, you understand? Forget it. I am going to assign you to our outsourced dispute resolution team. They will call you daily for 3 months, deal with them from now on
