Used to be great, but I ordered two boxes of canvases in September and I'm still waiting for a tracking number more than two weeks later. Different representatives respond to my email inquiries but don't follow up, and still no tracking number. I wonder if they are all AI now? I've requested a refund but have not received a response. I will be sourcing my canvases elsewhere in the future.
