I ordered a large picture of my parents, and upon receiving it, I was told that I must have submitted a poor-quality image. I felt quite insulted! I explained that I had added the same picture to my cart and could clearly see their heads in the image. The representative insisted it couldn't be the same picture. Why would I spend over $120 on a picture with heads cut off? They acknowledged my concern but stated there was nothing they could do, and I received only a partial refund. The customer service was incredibly frustrating, and I won't be returning.
