Absolutely shocking communication and time-wasting experience with Capital Asset Auctions.I tried to book a viewing for a vehicle and was told by email that I needed to register first. I registered immediately and emailed back — no response. I then called and spoke to a member of staff who said he would get back to me, which never happened. Since then, I’ve repeatedly tried calling and no one answers the phone at all.Their terms and conditions state that buyers should carry out their own due diligence and that inspections are welcome. However, based on my experience, actually arranging a viewing is practically impossible. This clause feels more like a way to cover themselves when customers later complain about vehicle condition, rather than a genuine invitation to inspect items properly.If a company cannot respond to emails, return calls, or answer the phone before you’ve even placed a bid, it seriously raises concerns about how issues would be handled after a purchase. Complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with them.
