I have been reaching out to the company and the regulatory authorities regarding the losses I incurred due to their account managers. My impression is that these platforms merely replicate market data. The funds we send appear to be going to scammers. All the account managers seem to be fraudulent. You will likely never see a profit. When you lose everything, they may transfer small amounts to gain your trust and sell your illiquid assets. Any losses you face will likely remain unrecoverable. This has been my experience, and I have not been able to recover.
