My card was lost and I can't cancel or lock it because nobody answers the phone at Capitol One!! I leave messages and no call back. My limit has never been raised in the 4 years I've had it but my other cards have no issue raising the limits. I'm so mad at the unprofessional behavior of this company. There is no head office number either. Just the general number that nobody answers.
