Had a couple cards with Capital One, my last being the cash back card. I was great at first and was my main card, but they decreased the amount of cash back. Very low limit on the card was another drawback and made it hard to use when I had larger expenses that month. Ended up cancelling the card a couple years ago. Now when I apply they will only offer me some $59 annual fee card without cashback, only rewards with horrible points. Why would I consider this when I have World Elite cards with no annual fee?
