I wish to lodge a serious complaint against this broker for misleading advertising regarding their bonus programs. I was promised a substantial bonus with minimal requirements, but the reality was vastly different. The bonus was temporary, and the trading volume required to maintain it was unrealistically high. When I requested a refund of my deposit, they refused to take responsibility for the misleading information. Their practices are unethical, and I caution others against engaging with them.
