I have been in contact with a broker from Capricorn Consultancy that managed my mortgage. It was not easy and we had some issues since the beginning. Firstly his advice was bad and today I understand that the purpose of his advice was not in the client’s interest but only for his own interest. Also during this difficult time in which We have extremely necessity to have his advice, he is never available, he is ignoring our emails, messages or phone calls.I tried more than 20 time to call him and he didn't even have the courtesy to reply 1 time.We need to chase him constantly and when he gave us a phone appointment, he never called us… I would say: appalling service, rude behaviour, we have been left completely alone from our advisor that promised us a complete different service at the beginning of the deal… 0 stars from us and I strongly suggest to not work with them because when you pay their fees, they disappear…
