I own several properties and simply wanted to remortgage an unencumbered flat.After a virtual meeting, I had to follow up myself.I was asked to complete a very detailed Fact Find, sharing sensitive personal information on a less than secure portal. Then nothing, after chasing two weeks later! I was told they were very busy, so I asked for my information to be deleted and went elsewhere.It transpires that my information was not deleted.
