I cannot recommend Alex and Capricorn enough, no matter how glowing a review I write it won’t do justice to how helpful they have been. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, competent and professional throughout the process. He was always available, ready to answer all of my questions and after each time I spoke to him I hung up the phone feeling better about the transaction.When there were hiccups Alex and Todd were on it and took ownership of my file even if the task would technically fall under the remit of solicitors or estate agents, they just worked hard to get things done.Their fees are also extremely reasonable and I wasn’t invoiced a single penny until my mortgage funds were released and the transaction was complete.Until I found Alex and Capricorn I spoke/worked with other mortgage brokers and none came anywhere close to the quality of this service. I would give Capricorn more than 5 stars if I could – I genuinely believe they are the best mortgage advisory in the whole of UK. Absolutely brilliant.
