I felt he was a good listener, understood our requirements, our level of financial understanding and curtailed his advice accordingly. He demonstrated a lot of patience by being happy to run through multiple scenarios when needed and also staying put through the sheer length of our purchase process where we kept juggling between a simple purchase or LTB option.Only feedback I'd like to pass is how they flow information to other parts of the business (e.g. for home insurance) for selling other products. I felt I had to re-provide the whole context/information again, which with my consent, would have been happier for them to share rather than e.g.g spend 30 mins additional fact-finding. Maybe GDPR/compliance.
