I’ve bought several Rib Knit Beanies because I wanted that model in different colors and shades. The product itself is good, but sometimes the selected color is missing or a different item is delivered instead, and you only notice this once the package arrives, so I had to contact customer service about it.
The customer service team is very professional and friendly. They replied quickly and offered a practical solution with a voucher for the full amount for the wrong beanie I received, and they even allowed me to keep the item that didn’t meet my expectations.
One last remark: there is a real issue with the color shades shown on the website compared to the actual product. The colors tend to appear darker in reality. For example, I ordered a Light Brown Rib Knit Beanie and received one in a coffee color instead. Both shades are listed on the product page for anyone who wants to check, but when I contacted customer service, they checked with the production team, who confirmed that the coffee-colored version is actually the “Light Brown” one. This really needs improvement, because what attracted me to CAPS products in the first place were the unique color shades and the models — something I haven’t found anywhere else.
