I bought a car last week from this dealership. The service was friendly only. The car looked great but had corroded brake pipe problem,which was not mentioned to me. I was told the car had no faults before and on arrival.My son risked his life driving it on the motorway with leaking brake fluid. I'm sure they knew about the problem because on looking through the paperwork it was mentioned three times in service and MOT advisories. I contacted the manager the next day. He said they could repair it or give a refund. I asked for a refund.He came to look at the car and insinuated that damage was caused by me topping up the completely empty brake fluid reservoir. He argued with me, got angry and drove off and said I can return the (undrivable car) back to his dealership myelf and that we can talk in court. I called him and he said he won't do anything about it and he won't give a refund. Now I am stuck with a white elephant that I still have to pay tax, insurance and parking permit for but can't drive. Once you've bought a car from from them, if you have problems, the manager, who is also the owner, doesn't want to know. I feel like I'm in one of those youtube videos as I can't believe this is really happening. Don't buy from this dealership.
