Absolute nightmare to return anything! I would not recommend at all ! Very disappointed as I have used caramella before however the items look nothing like the pictures! And the Royal Mail service is terrible and I am having no luck- only returning items as sizing and quality is not what i expected with trousers being too long or fitting being too wide
