I ordered a replacement key for 2019 Nissan Altima which was delivered Oct 24 2024. I've taken that key to three different shops but none of them could program it correctly. Worse, is that the metallic key inside the key container does not open the door lock.My refund request was denied because it was outside of their 90 day return window and they refused to provide a store credit or ship me something else as a courtesy. "We must adhere to our return policy" was repeated by the chat agent. Totally inflexible, frustrating and disappointing So I would like to return the key which has never been used for a full refund
