Customer service failure

I purchased a remote online from their Website using the descriptions they had listed. I was sent a unit that wasn't the correct unit for my truck. I contacted them a week later. I was told I had to contact the dealership and get a part number for a remote for my truck. SO DON'T GO BY WHAT THEY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE! I did so and was very easy to look up a unit after you have a OEM part number. However they didn't have this in stock. Checking back time to time they finally had the unit in stock. This exceeded their 90 day warranty and wouldn't take back the incorrect unit. No Leeway, no common sense, just F U your stuck with it. When it would have been real easy to help they didn't. No one to call, just Chat. There are other options I would recommend that you find one even if it is a dollar or two more. Customer service is everything. Myself as a retired business owner can state that I feel that they failed me.
