It is a pleasure to have my insurance with this company (yes really) the advisors I have spoken to have all been knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. We will continue to recommend them to our friends, family and club. We have had a good quote for our insurance ( which we went with) and the advisor took the time to explain what some security items were on our caravan as we weren't sure of the individual names. She also took the time to double check our inventory to make sure our insurance was the right amount. Great customer service, by a company who seems to put us first, Thank you .
