The plants were not labelled and apart from one small bag around them, there were no other packaging protections so when I received them the soil was all over the place and one of the buddleia had come completely loose from the soil. I'd ordered 3 different types of buddleia and can only identify one as it's a bigger pot. Annoying that a simple label couldn't have been put on. I buy plants online quite regularly but would not shop from here again sadly. A little bit of packaging and some labels would have fixed it.
