I was sent the wrong order and have made numerous attempts to contact the info@ email to arrange a replacement. I have had only one reply asking for images which I sent but since then … nothing. The website is fantastic, the initial contacts regarding my order and delivery were great, the packaging is really good too but the after care customer service side of the business just doesn’t seem fit for purpose unfortunately which is a shame as I was intending on buying lots more from them. Edited :2 replies to five emails and no follow through until I left this review. I have since received a replacement delivery of garlic … all pre sprouted, dry or mouldy … complete waste of time unfortunately :(
