Terrible delivery and customer service . Ordered a plant to be delivered for Mothers Day. Ordered it on the Wednesday before with next day delivery . Hadn't arrived by the Saturday so I emailed them . Got a reply a few days later saying it was a supply problem . I was never told about this , I only found out because I emailed them . Asked for a refund but when they replied 2 days later they said it was too late as Evri now have it . It was delivered on the Wednesday evening , 8 days after I had ordered next day delivery . Would have been quicker for me to go and buy the plant and take it myself
