Part of my order was missing- following an email this was inmediately refunded. However this was not what I wanted! I would have liked the chance to have the plant replaced instead of having to re-order incurring a delivery charge. I have asked for this to be refunded as not my error. This has not happened to date which will involve another chase up email which is annoying. Update -delivery charge has been refunded promptly which I appreciate. All in all I am happy with service and would recommend Carbeth. Hopefully following this feedback Company will consider giving options.
