I could go on for days describing how poor the service of this company is. This company misled and misdirected us from the beginning. They wasted 6 months of our time and tons of our money on short term leases in Spain while waiting for the Visa approval. My application was ready to file upon arrival in Spain, yet somehow we found ourselves past our 90 day period and we had barely submitted the application. Our lawyer along with some other manager gave us one excuse after another. I've never dealt with a professional that took more time off for personal 'emergencies', we received every excuse in the book. We finally received approval after the second submittal AND THEN they disclose to us that there's actually MORE steps in the process to make it legitimate and finalize. HOWEVER, there's no available appointments right now to be able to fully complete the process............ Every word out of this company's mouth was a lie or misdirection. I finally retained another law group for a 2nd opinion, and they fully exposed allllllllllll the errors in process and wasted time and money that this company put us through. After all of our efforts, we decided to no longer move forward with the Visa process, and it is solely due to the bad taste this company put in mouths. Save your money and seek legal advise elsewhere. I was misled by every person in this company, along with the tax representative they referred me to.
