Got a loan ok and was told may as well do 36 month loan as can pay back extra when I want. Made extra payment but it was sat as credit due to being unable to contact them with numerous phone calls. Was told I'd get sent an email with email address to use for contact as no one answers the phone. Still no email received and no idea whether my second payment is going towards my loan yet. Ive had no statements or balances since I started and as yet still no idea whether my extra payments have been paid off due to another 4 unanswered calls
