Have used this company few times always been a good experience but this time unfortunately not my car was written off and insurance paid my settlement which was easy but unfortunately few days later get email stating I'm due a refund due to over payment that's ok i thought so gave my details for refund to go into was told it will go in by Friday that was last week now waiting 10 days for refund and no help at all which is why I now have to complain due to it seeming they are trying to avoid paying me
