I just don't get some of the negative reviews! Their collection team has always been exceptional, highly professional and I always receive a prompt response. They are a pleasure to speak with, especially Hollie, who takes her time to explain everything clearly. They are , they do exactly as they say on the tin (over the phone). I cannot fault them and highly recommend.
